Fabio Barbosa
Co-Founder & Director
The business is co-founded by Fabio Barbosa, a highly experienced accounting and taxation professional with over 20 years of experience across accounting, audit, finance, and taxation. Fabio holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Professional Accounting, is a Member of CPA Australia, and a Registered Tax Agent.
Throughout his career, Fabio has worked across both the private and public sectors, supporting a wide range of industries—from small and medium-sized enterprises to large multinational organisations. He has held senior roles at globally recognised firms including Deloitte and KPMG, gaining deep insight into how businesses operate at every level.
Fabio’s expertise spans tax planning, budgeting, financial and management reporting, payroll, consolidation, compliance, corporate governance, and current accounting and taxation standards. He has successfully assisted many businesses in building strong financial systems and implementing effective strategies for sustainable growth.

Ingrid Trajano
Registered Nurse
Ingrid is a Registered Nurse in Australia (since 2024) and a qualified Registered Nurse in Brazil, with a nursing career that began in 2013. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing in Brazil and has also completed her nursing qualification in Australia, bringing over a decade of clinical and care experience across diverse healthcare settings.
Ingrid has a strong clinical foundation from working in high-acuity settings, including paediatric intensive care and surgical wards. In Australia, she has expanded her experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care and as a Support Worker within the NDIS, supporting individuals with diverse needs, including mental health and cognitive conditions, with a focus on independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Ingrid combines clinical expertise with hands-on support experience to ensure every client receives personalised, high-quality, and reliable care. She is deeply committed to delivering care that is not only empathetic, but also clinically informed, creating a service where every individual feels respected, understood, and truly supported.
The business is co-founded by Stuart Costa, he is the board member with a diverse medical background, bringing a unique, holistic perspective to mental health care. He is a medical officer committed to prepare Cross Bros Support team with a tailors person-centred care, creating a safe and respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Stuart focuses on helping participants build resilience, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve meaningful goals in their daily lives.
Marcela Duarte
Care Worker
Marcela is a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker with hands-on experience supporting clients with diverse needs. She is currently working in the aged care and disability sector, providing person-centred care focused on dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Marcela began a Bachelor of Nursing in Brazil, gaining foundational clinical knowledge, and has continued developing practical skills through ongoing work experience and professional training in Australia.
She holds First Aid and CPR certification, as well as a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check. Marcela is committed to continuous learning, regularly completing courses and training to improve care practices and better support clients in daily activities and health needs.
Known for being reliable, empathetic, and proactive, Marcela has a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for helping others. She strives to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where every client feels valued and well cared for.
Marcelo Filho

Marcelo is a strong hand when it comes down to assist participants to organise and prepare their environment. He is specialised in transport and logistics.
